Shipping Policy Within Australia
- Standard postage is charged at a flat rate of $8.20 within Australia on orders under $100.
- Express Postage is charged at a flat rate of $11.85 within Australia.
- FREE POSTAGE on orders over $100 within Australia.
International Shipping Policy
- International postage is charged at a flat rate of $25.00. All orders are sent by courier services.
- Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the processing of your order and payment. Delivery will take 2 to 7 workings days (this is dependent on your location) but should there be any delays we will contact you immediately.
- Little Ray ship products via SENDLE anywhere in Australia. International Purchases (Purchases destined for locations outside Australia) will be sent by air freight. International Purchases must meet the requirement of less than 20kg packaged weight. Additional postage charges must be met by the purchaser on delivery. Every effort will be made to process the order ready for shipment within 3-4 weeks from the time of order. Shipping times vary depending on your location. If you require your order to be processed quicker than the time period above, please notify Little Ray.
- Little Ray really acknowledge the importance of being totally in love with your purchase, therefore we have extended windows of return to other retailers
- Please return you purchased product within 30 days of receipt, shipping costs are at the expense of the purchaser.
- Product must be unworn, unmarked and returned in the original condition, inclusive of tags.
- Any product promoted as a “SALE” item cannot be returned.
- Faulty products (due to manufacturing defects) will be replaceable over a 6 month period from date of purchase. Damage caused by general wear & tear (ie. stretching, etc.) is not deemed as faulty.

Returns and Refunds Procedure
If you wish to return an item, you may do so in accordance with the following procedure:
- Please notify Little Ray within 30 days of accepting delivery of the Product and arrange return of the Product within 14 days after such notification.
- Please notify us by email email@example.com to obtain a “Return Authorisation” number
- Please provide a “proof of purchase”, being either an invoice, bank statement, email confirmation or delivery note.
- Product must be returned to the PO BOX 1228 BARWON HEADS, 3227 VICTORIA, AUSTRALIA.
- On receipt and inspection of goods, we will initiate the Refund/Exchange/Credit as agreed.
- We only accept returns or exchanges for purchases made on the LITTLE RAY website www.littleray.com.au
